What we cut
Laser cutting is the fastest and most precise way to produce parts from sheet metal. We work for manufacturers, machine builders, architectural projects and individual customers in Mersin and beyond:
- Machine and equipment parts: flanges, brackets, mounting plates, housing panels
- Stainless fabrication: food and kitchen equipment parts, hopper and tank panels
- Architectural and decorative work: patterned panels, facade and partition screens, signage and lettering
- Furniture: table legs, shelf and cabinet parts
- Prototypes: single test parts, followed by series production
Materials
We cut stainless steel (304, 316, 430), carbon steel (S235, S355) and aluminium sheet. You can supply your own material or buy the sheet from us through our sheet metal supply service — cutting and material on a single invoice.
If the cut parts need bending, we form them in the same workshop with CNC press brake bending, so your part is delivered finished without moving between suppliers.
Why CNC laser cutting?
- Precision: the dimensions in your drawing go straight to the part; every piece in a series is identical.
- Clean edges: most jobs need no grinding or deburring.
- Low scrap: parts are nested on the sheet by software, lowering material cost.
- Speed: even complex geometries are cut quickly; urgent jobs can be scheduled.
Drawing formats
For the fastest quote, send a DXF or DWG file. STEP, PDF or a dimensioned sketch / photo also works — we can prepare the cutting file if needed. Just include the material, thickness and quantity.
