Solar Panel Cleaning Robot
An automation company asked us for design support to build a solar panel cleaning robot. Based on the customer's requirements, we designed the robot's body and chassis, and we manage the whole process from design to manufacturing.
- Design: 3D modelling and production-ready drawings based on the customer's technical requirements.
- Body and chassis: a sheet metal body designed for production by laser cutting and press brake bending.
- Layout: placement of the drive wheels, motors and guide rollers on the chassis.
- Material: body and chassis in stainless steel.
